Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Aces Edge (the "Service") operated by Aces & Races ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

Aces Edge is a subscription service billed at $4.99 per month. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Profile page or the Stripe billing portal.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

3. Use of the Service

Aces Edge provides horse racing analysis, win probability estimates, and related information for informational and entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell the data or analysis provided by the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Share your account credentials with any third party.

4. No Gambling or Financial Advice

The information provided by Aces Edge is for informational purposes only and does not constitute gambling advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aces & Races. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aces & Races be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
